This is a very effective chiropractic technique which is time-intensive : usually 30 minutes but results usually last for a week. Involved are pressure points on the top of the head (lumbar), cervicals along the ears, and thoracic along the back of the head. As the practitioner contacts specific points on the head, the patient breathes in and out moving the feet up and down so that the spine self-adjusts.
Intially, we assess the dislocation by contact with the spinous processes from the lumbars (bottom) up to the cervicals (top); then treat as described above.
